Founder’s Story
I am Teodor Miroslav Muntean — husband to one wonderful wife, father of eight children, and grandfather to twenty-two grandchildren. I am a faith-driven entrepreneur, deeply engaged in AI, blockchain technology, and Web 3.0 applications, working as a front-end developer and visionary for technology that serves humanity.
Last year, we faced one of life’s hardest trials: we lost our 46-year-old son in a car accident. From that tragedy, we learned a profound truth — that a few minutes can make the difference between life and death. It was a painful journey, but we found peace in accepting God’s will and sought purpose through it.
The Birth of a New Enterprise
We gave life to nine children, but one was taken too soon. Then one night, I had a dream — a dream of a new, healthy birth. I saw a vision of a new child — not of flesh and blood, but of spirit, passion, and innovation. That child became our new enterprise, a new beginning born from loss, faith, and determination.
We believe wholeheartedly in this new vision — with passion, commitment, and divine inspiration guiding us forward.
The Spark of Inspiration
After months of prayer and research, I began seeking a solution for people at risk — especially those living alone or facing health vulnerabilities. In April 2025, together with my son Bogdan, the CEO, and our expert software development team — which includes top-tier specialists in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning — we created the first version of our product: the eMedAlert application, now in the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage.
This enterprise is about more than technology. It’s about faith, compassion, and purpose. It’s about using AI, ML, and blockchain not merely to innovate, but to protect lives created by God.
Our approach may resemble existing products on the market, yet our perspective is entirely different — we build through prayer, guided by values, for the glory of God’s Kingdom.

How will our first products be marketed and sold?
Through a combination of direct engagement with families and healthcare providers, targeted digital campaigns, and partnerships with churches, community organizations, and medical institutions that share our values.
Who are our customers?
Our first customers are families who care for elderly loved ones, single seniors, and healthcare organizations seeking reliable and compassionate emergency response solutions.

We recognize that the market already includes large players. But our competitive advantage does not depend on technological dominance alone — it lies in our values, authenticity, and purpose.
